| Viewing Trips
We do not offer crowded viewing trips as we believe that major financial decisions should only be taken without pressure and in a relaxed manner (but read on for details of our trip cash back offer). We are happy to meet with you and give you a taste of spanish lifestyle (without the mañana concept!) while showing you appropriate properties as well. Our viewing days are well known for being informative and interesting as well as helpful. We can meet with you for half a day or several days, as you wish to allow to really find out about the area you are looking to move to. We can collect your from your local hotel, or meet you at an easy to find location close to where you will be viewing properties to maximise your time and spend a day showing you properties and locations that meet your requirements. We may even introduce you to a local hostelry or two, all at the easy-going (yet efficient) spanish pace of life! Our experience shows it is usually best to organise dates in advance before you leave your home country so please do let us know about your planned trip in advance (early booking of Saturday viewings is enormously appreciated!). If you enjoy your time with us so much that you sign a binding contract to buy a property from us within one month of your viewing trip we refund the cost of your budget flight (from any EU airport) and 2 nights hotel accommodation for 2 people! This is in addition to any of our current special promotions. As we are an approved full member of AIPP you can be sure of our integrity, professionalism, expertise, years of experience and honesty!
We have property to meet all budgets, needs and tastes but if you decide the Lorca area is not for you then we also have property for sale in other areas of Murcia as well as Almeria, both coastal and inland.
